The Venue
The conference venue is located in the city centre at the four star luxury Thistle Grand Hotel. It is a quiet haven in the heart of buzzing Bristol and centrally located it is an ideal location for both a business and pleasure offering.
The Grand Hotel (formerly known as Thistle Bristol) dates from the Victorian age, when local hero IK Brunel reshaped Bristol - and the world - with engineering feats like the Clifton Suspension Bridge and SS Great Britain.
The hotel has recently completed major room refurbishment and have fully refurbished the meeting and event hire rooms like the spectacular Wessex Suite and Grand Ballroom, beautifully blending modern technology with the hotel's original Victorian charm.
The largest room, the Wessex Suite, seats up to 600 theatre style, this is where the main confernece talks will take place, and there are nine smaller rooms, plus break-out areas.
